The rug is a lovely color and is very soft (the fibers are very soft and the rug also lies flat on the floor right out of the package - - - doesn't require that stiff "breaking in" period. I'm very satisfied with the product. It's also by far the lowest price I found on the internet. Other retailers were offering this rug for over 100 dollars! I felt I got a good bargain. It's a perfect match for my son's "Thomas Train" themed bedroom.
Okay so normally I would not have sought out a Mary Kate and Ashley product, but this was exactly what I was looking for and was so wonderfully affordable. The color was a little different than what it appeared to be on the picture. But, I was completely satisfied.
Believe it or not I bought this rug for my kitchen and it was absolutely perfect!! It is so soft and thick and so many people ask me where I got it!!! Wish they had one in black so I could get one for my room!!! Want to purchase another soon!!!
I shopped around for months for the perfect shag rug for my kid's playroom. I am very happy with the quality and the appearance of this rug. It's super thick! I chose the red and the color is rich. You can't beat the price!
This rug is very high priced at some other stores and websites. I found the best deal at Walmart.com. It looked even better than the picture when it arrived. The colour is Really Red. If you are looking for a RED rug this is the right one. Excellent product!!
This is a great little rug for a child's room or playroom. It is not the traditional "shag" it is more like the old ragady ann and andy dolls hair. Sheds a little bit, but nothing too major, just on the sides if you pull or step on them a lot. Great little rug for room, would have liked it to be a little bit less exspensive.
I ordered this rug for my sons room and it wasn't the red color I thought it was going to be. But, it has worked out great. It is thick and soft and seems to be of good quality. It ended up matching his red sheets perfectly. We are happy with it!
Needed a red shag rug for my son's new room. I love the nonskid back and shag feel of it. Love the color, matches his red/white/blue room. Wish it was bigger for the price. that would have been nice.
It looks great, but when I tried to vacuum it, it started to pull the fibers out! I live in a highrise building, so shaking it outside is very inconvenient.
Pros: The color is perfect for a kids room. The shag feels nice, thick and comfortable on the feet. Good for kids to play on the floor. The rubber bottom keeps it in one spot without any sliding. Cons: Expected it to be bigger. It's the size of two bathroom mats. The shag SHEDS EVERYWHERE. The shag pieces are tracked throughout my home. Where ever my child goes outside of his room I will surely find red shag pieces. Inside my son's room where I placed the rug there's endless shag pieces that need to be vacuumed everyday. I give this rug 2-3 months and it'll be completely bald and a waste of my money.
