I was excited to try HORMEL MARY KITCHEN Reduced Sodium Corned Beef Hash as I have been advised to lower my sodium intake,. We have eaten other brands of Corned beef hash including store brand..How does it compare..I think the flavor of HORMEL MARY KITCHEN Reduced Sodium Corned Beef Hash tasted better than the other brands we have tried which most tend to go overboard on sodium leaving me looking for a big glass of water later..It was.not greasy or watery ..the perfect blend of corned beef and diced potato fried up crispy...I was surprised that the sodium is 800mg less than our regular store brand all I can say is WOW!!! Less sodium does not make it lack in taste at all..In fact it is just as savory and delicious as the Homestyle. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to reduce their sodium intact...I also received a free sample in exchange for my 100% honest opinion. I tried the regular Hormel Corned Beef Hash along with this one, the Reduced Sodium Corned Beef Hash so that I could see if I could taste the difference. I stove topped cooked it well and added over medium eggs. I could taste the difference with the lesser salt.
