I picked Walmart to order Biolage thermal active repair cream because of the bottle it showed in the picture. I knew from the picture that it would be a new and updated version. I ended up being mailed two bottles of the old bottle style which has got to be pretty old because they changed the look of the bottle a long time ago. Usually when they change the style of a bottle, they update the product too. I went ahead and tried it on my hair to give it a chance and it felt awful after I styled it. I've been using this styling cream for awhile so I know how it should make your hair feel. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. I thought I could return it to Walmart but apparently it went through a third-party and it cannot be returned to Walmart. I guess I'm stuck with two bottles of styling cream that I will not use again. Be aware of this third party company sending you old outdated versions of products. You will see a picture of a new updated version but they will send you old ones from previous years.
