[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All natural ingredients and vitamins. Comes in a nice glass bottle which I think is cool. That's the first for me. You have to take four at a time but that just means you're taking in more nutrients. Overall a good supplement.
This is the most fantastic product within two weeks I can notice a difference I have never in my life had long nails, and they are so strong and my beauty operator said she couldn't believe how thick my hair had gotten. I have told all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this product. It's like a biotin vitamin, plus a b complex. The packaging is a dark colored glass jar. (For me that was a good sign because some complexs, medicine, and vitamin can lose there potency when exposed to ligth). My biggest issue is the product directions. It's recommend to take 2 pills twice a day. That's lot; especially for someone like me who already taking a multivitamin plus 7 other vitamins and supplements in my daily routine. What I would like to see in this product if they would be able to cut down the number of dosages from twice a day to once a day, but without increasing the size of the pills. The pills are not super big but they are not small either.

I have used hair, skin and nail vitamins in the past and I have always broken out after just one day of use. With this Country Life product I have not had any issues. I do not think that I have been using it long enough to make a determination for my hair, but my nails are stronger and growing a bit faster.

Packaged in a glass jar, you can reuse or recycle to your heart's desire. I did want to note that these capsules contain inulin (a fructan) that can be difficult to digest for some with IBS/those following a Low FODMAP diet.

My hair is also thriving except my edges … I need special magic for those lol. I'm hoping over time that these will fill in my edges as well. But I had been taking a supplement recently that had been helping my nails a great deal but I had ran out of them. So my nails were weak again. I had went through chemotherapy a few years ago and it left my nails weak, peeling and unhealthy. When I received these vitamins and saw the 5,000 mcg of Biotin along with A, C, E, B12 as well as Calcium, I had high hopes that my nails would be stronger. But instead my nails have been peeling more than before. It's possible that it might just take my body longer to process these before I see any noticeable changes. I'll continue to take them because they are an overall good mutli vitamin
