Maxwell House Decaf House Blend is just as good as the regular coffee. It has the perfect flavor and it's delicious with a piece of pie. Maxwell House has been around forever and they still have the best coffee. I will continue to purcase it and I definitely recommend it. I have been trying to kick the caffeine and this coffee tastes really good. I can't tell a difference in the taste but definitely can tell it doesn't have caffeine but it tastes good so I can't complain with that.
We love the coffee, The flavor is very nice, however the K-cups have been experiencing some manufacturing defects, which give you a cup full of coffee grounds. The fail rate in the boxes we have been buying have been as high as 15%. Unfortunately I don't have the box to provide batch code information. The filter media in the pods that I have opened have separated/ left a large gaps between ground and the cup. This allows the brew cycle to flush them out of the pod into the coffee cup. Not the way to start your day... I'm hoping the new box we have will have less defects.
Lately I have had to switch to decaf and this is really good. It definitely satisfies my coffee craving!
Only gave 3 stars because there were quite a few k cups that didn't have a filter in it and caused the grounds to go right into the cup
For years my family was buying Maxwell House coffee and my mother always said that was the best coffee made. Maxwell House coffee is fine in regular percolators but when it comes to K-Cups they are missing the mark. I am new to Keurig coffee makers and I have tried a number of k-cups and I found that Maxwell House K-Cups are very watery compared to other brands. This is my second box I purchased because I thought maybe there was a fluke in the first box but I can see that the second box was just as bad. I don't recommend this brand of coffee and K-Cups maybe in traditional percolators but this is not a brand I would purchase again.
