I love the color its what I have been looking for to match my curtains and rugs. A lovely dark shade of green and its price so inexpensive. The quality is very good. It is so warm and yet it feels cool on the warm days. I would highly recommend this comforter if you a fan of forrest green and great value. This hit the mark!!
This worked great for my lodge guest room futon because the colors were just what I was looking for. The listing says forest green/lime green but it is not. One side is forest green and one side is tan. The picture shows the correct color combination. This comforter is well made and will give adequate warmth to our guests. If these are your colors, you won't beat the price. I saved shipping charges picking it up at the store.
Overall I am very pleased with this comforter. The colors for both sides are the same as in the picture. I use it on a queen size bed. It is just a little short lengthwise. The width is very good.
I like the dark green side - it's perfect for my spare room. However, the light green side looks more khaki to me, and I'll never use that side. But it's good for what I was wanting. Don't know how it will hold up to wear and washing.
This comforter is a great Value! Because of the price I expected a very thin bedspread-like comforter, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is thicker than I expected and warm. Granted it is spring not winter, but it has been warm enough on the cooler nights. I was also pleased with the color. The dark green color is exactly as shown. (be aware the light green color is not exactly light green - I'm not sure what color to call it, but light green doesn't come remotely close to anything I'd call it.) I highly recommend this item, you can't get a comforter at this price of this quality anywhere else.
This blanket keeps you a lot warmer than I thought it would. I wanted a light-weight blanket for the warmer weather, but this turned out to be pretty warm. The only thing wrong is the "light green" description is not green at all, but more of a khaki/tan color.
Id' had a hard time finding this outdated color anywhere. For the first time, I had it shipped to the store and arrived quickly- faster than predicted. Found it to be a higher quality than I expected based on the price. I'm using it for "everyday" instead of my heavy, and very expensive coordinated spread, shams, etc. A great year round weight. Perfect with only a sheet in summer AC, also great with a blanket for winter. The color matches the print accessories in the room and saves wear and tear on the heavy comforter I was using.
We really like this comforter overall. The dark green on one side, & a tan color on the other goes well in our bedroom. It's warmer than it looks & feels pretty good too! The only complaint is it's alittle short, as far as the way I'd like it to fit the bed, as far as the length & sides. We have a full size bed, so probably too short for a queen size, I'd say.
Mine turned out to be NOT light green on the other side-----its a dark tan. I wish it had been light green. The dark green color is fine but I wish the tan were a little lighter or brighter Have not washed it yet so can't comment on that. I like it as far as weight and looks are concerned, the dark green side. I believe others have mentioned that it is not light green----don't know why they don't change their website description so people won't have to return them if not liking the tan side.
I purchased this comforter because I liked the diamond pattern sewn into it and I wanted a beige colored comforter. The price was great so I purchased it. I returned it because the beige side to this reversible comforter was darker than what I wanted. I purchased the king size, but it seemed a bit small for a king sized bed. I ended up buying a different comforter that I am really happy with. This one would be fine and a good deal, just view it in person before you buy.
