We bought this for our great grand son, and my husband was not sure about putting it together, but he did great! He finished in no time at all with a little help from our grandson. :) The great grand son is just 3 and he loved it, played with it all christmas day
I got this workbench for my 2 1/2 year old for Christmas. It was, by far, his favorite present. My five and six old children love it as well. They are always playing with some part of it. (There are a lot of pieces though - play nails and screws, plus the tools. They have a tendency to be all over the floor, especially with the little guy.)
My oldest son loves his workbench.
We got this for my 18 month old son. He loves it and the tools look great. They look almost like real tools. My son loves to use them and knows how to use them on the motor and everything. Plus his dad even likes to play on it with him.
WE BOUGT THE LITTLE TIKES WORKBENCH FOR OUR 3YR OLD GRANDSONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT. IT IS AN EXCELLENT GIFT. OUR GRANDSON HAD A GREAT TIME BUILDING IT WITH HIS FATHER WHILE HIS UNCLES LAUGHINGLY ENJOYED THE SHOW. IT WOULD BE A GREAT FATHER'S DAY PRESENT GIVING FATHER AND CHILD SPECIAL TIME TOGETHER; WHILE TEACHING DEXTERITY TO SMALL INQUIRING HANDS. THEY LOVE THAT YOU BUILD, TAKE APART, AND REBUILD THE MOTOR AS MANY TIMES AS HE WANTS TOO. WE ARE GETTING ONE FOR OUR OTHER GRANDSON.
This product was time comsuming in putting together. There were many parts but the directions were right on. It is worth the money and though I bought it for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson he will be able to use it for many years, as long as we keep track of all the parts. I would really recommend this for a 3-4yr + child
This was a birthday gift for my 6 yr old who loves tools and pretending he's fixing things. He's also into cars so it helped it came with an "engine". It came in time for his party and arrived at the location I requested. I'm not sure about the price, I think it's high but overall it's nice and he really enjoys it. I also have a 4 yr old so they both play with it. It was really easy to put together and "cute" for a boys toy.
My purchase came with two right hand leg assemblies, waiting on a left leg assembly to be sent so I can assemble the workbench for my grandson, the power drill and saw are great.
I recently purchased this for my son for his 2nd birthday. The recommended age is 3, but my son still likes to play with it. Yes, it will be awhile before he is assembling (playing) like a pro. But that doesn't matter he likes to be like daddy!
I ordered this for my son for Christmas and on Christmas Eve when I was assembling it I realized there was a missing peice. Not just a tool or nail, but a support leg. How do you explain to your 3 year old that Santa forgot part of his toy?!? After the Holiday weekend, I called Monday morning to have them send me a new leg and found out it is a discontinued item. 'Sorry ma'am, there is nothing we can do for you." is all they could say. That being said, if it had the leg, this toy rocks. My son is still playing with it until we get a new one with all four legs. The tools really work and it seems to be sturdy enough.
