Rae's Creek Fountain is everything you promised it would be!! However, like other reviewers stated, it should have more detailed instructions. Anyway, the fountain arrived earlier than estimated which was super. It is the perfect size for our small garden area. I would highly recommend this product! The waterfall noise is so soothing.
It is tranquil and relaxing. It was easy to assemble. The strong water flow sound and the lights are a nice touch. I purchased a lily pad separately that completed the look from another store. I would recommend this to anyone. I priced many ifountains n this category. This was about 38.00 dollars more than all the others but sooo worth it.
In answer to the questions, it takes a 12 volt, 10 watt, miniature lamp. It holds about 15 gallons of watter & has a 12 volt transformer. I'm pleased with it.
It is small for the price but it fits our needs.
nice choice for a small area
If you want water noise in your garden this is the one. Its easy to assemble, solidly constructed and looks fantastic. I highly suggest you add a non toxic algaecide every week. Enough to treat 10 gallons was 6 drops a week for me. The lower pond has a light that looks great at night. Fountain came with an extra bulb and bulb cover. The frog squirts also..
I had seen another water fountain on Walmart.com that I liked, but it was out of stock. I kept checking back to see if it was in stock so I could order it, to no avail. On one of those "checks," however, I saw the Rae's Creek fountain and fell in love with its whimsical nature so ordered it. It was even better in person than in its Walmart photo. It was easy to assemble and is lighted, which creates a nice atmosphere on the patio at night, and has given me a great deal of pleasure since I purchased it. Don't think you can go wrong with this one!
This product seemed very small by it's description, but it fits perfectly in my smaller garden. Didn't come with much for directions, but pretty easy to set-up just the same. I'm very happy with it.
I love this fountain and the "bubbly"sound of the water cascading down into the pool! The only negative I have is, that there was no assembly/instruction manual with it. We finally figured it out. The item arrived promptly.
We really enjoy this cute fountain. The directions were next to useless however..mostly just a picture that you were supposed to figure out. Left my 2 kids (19 and 24 ) to put it together. Once done however it worked great!
