This blanket is so very light you would not believe how warm it is. It is the only blanket on my bed and has worked very well on nights when the temps have gone down into the thirties. I do not like heavy bkankets on me at night and this one is wonderful.
This blanket is the best thing we have purchased in a long time. I love sleeping under it. It is warm, attractive, and very soft. We ordered two to begin with and then added two more. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we didn't order two more.
Very nice blanket - read the other reviews. I didn't have the same problem as they did. No piles or fuzz balls or anything like that; might I suggest they use fabric sheet softener when they're drying it to get rid of lint and whatever other stuff like that. Mine was fine out of the box, I had no problem with that, and then I washed it and still didn't have that problem. It's very nice and warm. It has a soft feel to it. It feels very plush. I recommend.
I can tell this blanket is going to be warm and "snuggly" For longevity, I think it will be wise to follow the washing directions/drying directions. I don't usually use LOW heat to dry ANYTHING, but, I did and will continue to do so every time I dry it.
I had purchased a burgundy microplush blanket from Wal-Mart several years ago and wanted another. There were none in my store so I was delighted to see one online and ordered it. It is incredibly soft and drapey, but the color is more of a deep rose than burgundy. It is a beautiful color, just not what I was expecting. I will be keeping it and will use it in a different area than I had intended--it is a great blanket.
I love this blanket. It's warm and it fits my Queen size bed perfectly. I am buying another one soon and. I would recommend this blanket to my family and friends.
Love the color and softness and I would give it 5+ stars if it wasn't for the extreme fuzz/lint after washing it. My comforter (Black) is now ruined from all the lint that has come off of this blanket I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this blanket. I would NOT recommend this to anyone because of the lint issue.
These blankets didn't make it to the washer and they were shedding lint like crazy!! They made a mess of the beds and the surrounding areas!! They are warm but that's where the positive review stops. I'm thinking about returning them but that might prove more costly than just throwing them out! I hate these blankets, fuzzies get everywhere, even on your nose in the middle of the night. Can't get a good nights sleep with fuzz on your face!! DO NOT BUY THESE!
after washing the blanket I had fuzz balls all over the blanket which got all over the sheets,floor, and clothes. It was very hard to get rid of the shedding.I tried washing it 3x's. I finally laid the blanket on the bed and used a whole roll of a lint brush. It was exhausting.
The BLACK blanket pills so bad!! Unuseable. We have pills all over the white sheets. Don't buy the black blanket!! I gently washed the new blanket in cold/gentle cycle. Pilled so badly all over the machine. I threw away.
