Easy to download and satisfied with the product!
Received the product key in an hour. Genuine product key as it ends with 'Z' and not something ripped from MSDN subscription.
I did not want a subscription but wanted you to use MS software for projects. I am glad I got this. Works as expected.
Good price on the Microsoft software, but only received a download code via email. Would have preferred the Microsoft home and student box.
I have not received the download , i checked my spam folder and all other in my eamil . and cant get in contact with Dr OTC or BMS innovations.
Still Waiting over a week for the Software. Today, nearly more than a week I received a post card stating that I should be receiving an email regarding a download site to retrieve my software! Hours after getting the postcard (in a first class envelope) I'm STILL waiting for software authorization and a site to get my software!

I had problems with picking up the purchased item. As a matter of fact i would like to reorder the above item and would like to know how to go about doing this and then downloading the application. I have had to reorder the above item.
I have not received anything that allows me to download this order. Such bad customer service!
