I have been using a heating pad and attempting to get it to stay around my knees, or place it exactly in the right place on the bed for my back. Impossible! I purchased this WrapAround with the hope I would be able to wrap it around my knees for warmth, and could lay on it when I just needed my whole back warm. It not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. I used it around my knees this morning, and was actually able to move my legs to a comfortable position AND have heat the entire time. No messing with strings trying to get the heat to my knees. I have also used it for my back, and am able to just lay it out, then get into bed. There is no replacement issues, or trying to find the exact spot where most of the back is warmed. The wrap also keeps nice and warm, without being too hot. I am suggesting the WrapAround to my fellow Fibromyalgia and MS sufferers.
I Like the large wrap. I can lay it on top of me from shoulder to feet, or wrap around entire abdomen, or wrap around each foot or cover both shoulders and neck when I'm aching. I love the softness and that it can be put in washing machine. Also, I really like the safety feature of the automatic shut off. This has helped me to relax in bed when I 'm chilled and fall to sleep much faster as well as relax my sore shoulder, back and neck muscles when I have been over working myself. You can't go wrong buying this. I am extremely happy with this product!!
This is the greatest item to have when you need to relax your muscles! It's so easy to wrap yourself up in and hit areas that need to relax. The three settings are great and the greatest feature is it's easy to wash! I've enjoyed mine since Christmas and I just sent one to my Aunt! A great purchase!
I bought this product for myself and loved it so much I bought one for my father-in-law who loves it as well! Heats up better than a warming blanket but not as big of course.
This Electric Spa Wrap is great. It is so soft and it is the perfect size for covering up in a chair. It is so warm. The only complaint I have is that it makes me not want to get up it's so comforting!
Since I'm not allowed a space heater at work, I find this to be perfect for my desk. I use it on my legs and I wrap it around the shoulders for those cold mornings here at the office. It's made of a very nice soft fabric. I wish it had a electric cord so could walk around in it all day.
I had the earlier version of this blanket. It was a little smaller, got a lot warmer and lasted me three years!! I'm rating the newer version 4 stars because it does not get as warm as the previous one. Eventually, my blanket stopped heating. It finally wore out after three years of constant use. I have Lyme disease and use this blanket daily to help with chills, soreness and neck aches. It is so much softer and pliable than a heating pad and lays so comfortably across shoulders, legs and wrapped around sore arms, legs and feet. Another plus is the extra warranty that can be purchased for $2 or so. The cord is fairly long which makes it possible to sit on the couch or in my office chair. I have given one of these blankets to my elderly mother, my 11 year old daughter and have recommended it to several other people looking for a warm blanket to ease aches and pains.
I dont like how this doesnt have more adjustments to heat & does not heat all around just more in one section than the other. I do like the material of this wrap but that would be the only positive.
My main issue with the wrap is that even when its turned off the controls still remain warm. That in itself is enough for me to return it. A little uncomfortable to wrap around, plug seems to get in the way. Not sure how you could wash it, since its all one piece, no cover, and it seems water could get in the plug holes. It is super soft, sad I had to return it.
This warped after a few months. It's now at the point it wont even turn on. If it did I think it would be a fire hazard
