This works very well for a gentle help in being able to go poo without giving you a stomach ache. If you're constipated I would definitely recommend. I will always recommend this to my friends and family.

 I love this part because it makes me poop because I am constipated all the time and my stomach and my boss get really clogged and that's a gene in my family so this product has been a lot!!!!!!!!!!

I love that I can mix it with basically any drink or just take it with water does not have a bad takes my whole household uses it often my son and I take medicine on a daily that mess with out gut. This product works very fast. I love that it has an easy pour option that you can put directly into bottles.
This is my favorite thing to carry around on vacations as it is so efficient. The taste is nonexistent so you can add it to anything, the powder dissolves quickly and the product is readily available just about everywhere.

Lol. Wouldn't take before needing to go out and doing things as it can take effect with little warning. Would recommend to anyone constipated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have many family and friends that swear by this stuff. Me personally it doesn't do anything. Could be that I believe I have ibs but it doesn't have enough power for me. I have to use more powerful laxative.
I've been taking this and still nothing. I have heard great things about it. Just doesn't work for me. I do like that it has no taste but it can be a bit granular.
