I absolutely LOVE this rug! I had a terrible experience with shipping of it though. It was over 2 weeks late because when they first shipped it, it wasn't wrapped properly so they had to send it back. When I finally got it, it was double wrapped but they never gave me a new rug after the first wrap broke. My rug was filthy I had to use my carpet cleaner on it before I even used it! One of the stains didn't come out but lucky its covered up. Didn't want to return it and wait another 2 weeks for another one!!
I like the idea of being able to shop online, I'm a Senior Disabled and it's so easy for me to get the items I need. The face that it's shipped for FREE is great. I do have one problem with UPS they put my items on the porch and DO NOT RING my BELL or have me sign for it. I pay a lot for the products to have them lost, damaged, etc. So PLEASE let them know I'm not Happy with their service.
I wanted two rugs to separate my living area from my dining area within the same room. I looked at a LOT of rugs online. Based on price, reviews and color, I ordered two of the 8 x 11 color block rugs. The site to store free shipping and the price of the rugs were big factors in making my decision. The rugs arrived within a week and pickup was smooth and easy. My rugs have been in place for a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased with them. Within 48 hours, they were laying flat. I did not use a pad and they are staying place very nicely. The colors are perfect and pretty -- as described in an earlier review. They are easy to vacuum and go with everything in my room. They are just the right thickness for me, a little plush even. The quality seems very good. The price can't be beat. I highly recommend these rugs -- in fact, my sister likes them so well she is thinking of ordering one for herself.
I love this rug! I looked at a lot of rugs online and in person in various stores and this one is a good value. I bought the largest size and had it shipped to my local store for free which saved me almost $100 on shipping. We did go check out a smaller version of this one and other rugs in the store since I had read on some reviews that the colors were different than the pictures represent, so we are very happy with this purchase. Only drawback is that it's a little thin. We actually purchased carpet padding from Home Depot to make up for that, though. We have laminate flooring and elderly dogs who needed something softer to land on when jumping down from the furniture.
Quite happy with it - I did read other reviews that said the colors are not as vivid as pictured and that is true. I would have preferred brighter but am happy with what I got.
It's not an expensive rug, but the colors were perfect for the area I had it mind. It came quickly and gives my room a very nice appearance - actually, much better than I originally thought. Have already received compliments and the price was the best I could find online.
I purchased the area rug along with the runner and i can say I am very happy with both items. The only thing is that the colors are not as vibrant as pictured. Still a nice rug and I'm still glad I purchased.
I received the rug about a week ago. I am very pleased. As is the case with all shopping websites, the colors do not show well online. I was aware of this though as I had seen the rug in a smaller version at the store near my home. I am going to try and tell you what colors that they actually are. Colors are Camel, Dark Chocolate Brown, Deep Garnet Red, Caramel, Sand and the blocks that look teal blue in the picture are actually an Olive Green. The colors are much prettier than is shown in photo. Rug is soft and good looking. I would recommend to anyone. To find a rug this large (I bought the 8x11) that looks and feels this good at this price would be difficult.
I bought this online and was disappointed in thickness and quality. Purchased smaller ones at the store and they are thicker and better made.Price was ok as I didn't want to spend over 100.00 but have purchased rugs cheaper and better.
The rug is not very fluffy and the colors are not as bold as in the online picture. The red is burgundy and not as pictured.
