The Caps are like the vegetable caps and are easy to swallow. You only need two a day which contains 250 mg of calcium and 125 mg of magnesium. There's also organic lemon balm leaf in this product. I like that they are vegan, non-gmo, and gluten-free. One bottle is a 45 days supply so it's a very good value. If you're looking to get extra calcium and magnesium this is a great brand if it's well established and a great product I can highly recommend it.
