i got this craft item for my niece as a birthday gift.. she and i worked on it together and i gotta say she loves it and i enjoyed working on it with her.
Cute set, pretty beads BUT the jewelry box is not exactly family heirloom type of construction. Our 8 year old is very careful with her belongings so I imagine she will get a good deal of use out of the jewelry box, but if the set had been given to one of our other daughters who are not quite so gentle, it wouldn't last a week. ALSO the set does not come with any way to store the loose beads. We had to purchase a plastic craft box with the individual compartments. Granted, walmart sells those for a good price, but just to let you know you will want to have something like that handy BEFORE you even open this bead kit.
