This digital, color outdoor camera features a 3 megapixel, 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor. It has a maximum resolution of 2048x1536 @ 20fps, or 1920x1080p @ 30fps. It uses an M12 lens mount and comes with a 4mm F2.0 fixed focal-length lens, which can be easily replaced by 2.8, 6, and 12mm lenses (not included). The lens is mounted on a 3-axis gimbal, which allows for up to 355�� pan and 65�� tilt adjustment. This dual-stream camera features 30 infrared (IR) LEDs, which automatically turn on in low-light conditions to allow black and white recordings of images in conditions as dark as 0 lux to distances as great as 30 meters! Its image processing circuitry includes 3D Digital Noise Reduction (3DNR), Digital Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), Backlight Compensation (BLC), and Regions of Interest (ROIs). The latter feature allows you to create up to four subzones within the overall video image, each of which will have its own separate video stream and its own zoom and crop settings. The effect is similar to having multiple cameras focused and zoomed onto specific portions of the field of view, using just a single camera. The enclosure features a vandalproof design with an IK10 rating, meaning that it can withstand impacts of up to 20kg equivalent mass without suffering damage. It also carries an IP66 Ingress Protection rating, meaning that it is completely dust tight and that it can withstand powerful water jets without leaking, making it safe for use in the rain or almost any nonsubmerged application. The camera can be powered using a dedicated 12 VDC power supply or over the Ethernet data cable using the Power over Ethernet (PoE) feature. It consumes up to 5 watts of power under normal conditions and up to 7 watts with the IR LEDs on. It is 4.4" in diameter, 4.0" tall, and weighs 17.6 oz. (500g).
