I was pleasantly surprised with how well this kit was made! I bought is as a gift and my husband tried to keep it for himself! This is a wonderful guys gift, the plastic lure case was nice and sold, the multi tool was a little bulky but perfect for a fisherman!
I received this product and it's a Mossy Oak 4pc Fishermans gift set.It comes with fishing pliers and a fillet knife that has a sharpener right on the case that hold the knife . You can scale your fish easier with this knife really handy. It also has a fish gripper that makes it easy to get hold of the fish. The hook remover makes it easy to remove hooks. It also has line cutter to cut your line with. These are sturdy and well made.Will recommend to family and friends. Thank You Mossy Oak for a great product.
I really like this combo set. It contains several great items that any fishing person could use on shore or in a boat. I like the 5 inch fillet knife. It is a nice size for smaller walleye or perch or panfish. I especially like the nice blade sharpener incorporated into the blade sheath, good for quick touchups of the blade while cleaning fish. Handle is comfortable too. There is an included scissor/cutter with a belt attachment to keep it close at hand. Cutting braided line anymore requires you to use scissors especially on knots, so this tool is a must have these days. The fish lip-gripper is a nice addition especially for younger or more inexperienced fishermen, or for grabbing toothy critters or catfish. The large pliers are very useful for de-hooking deeply hooked fish or getting out trebles without getting your fingers too close to hooks. They also have incorporated into the pliers tool wire cutters and crimpers plus the tip of the tool is specially made to open split rings on lures. This is a thoughtfully designed hand tool that any fishing person can use on the boat or ofor shore fishing. This set on a whole is nicely thought out and would make a great addition to anyone that fishes occasionally or a bunch. This set is something that anyone, experienced or in-experienced can use.
Great Christmas gifts and a GREAT price. The kit is just what was needed to help new and older fishermen keep their tackle up to date and what a great place to have your line and help stringing. The knife is very nice size. I have no pictures as these are early Christmas gifts but rest assured I opened and checked it out and they are perfect.

The Mossy Oak4pc Fisherman`s Gift Combo is great for any fisherman/fisherwomen. It comes with a pair of grip pliers made to be able to get deep in the fish if need be. It also has built in cutter, crimper, split ring tool and wire cutter. So a you see the pliers are a multi tool. The folding line snip is on a retractable lanyard which it great so they can't slip and fall into the water. The 35 LB trigger pull fish gripper are great so you really don't have to worry about the fish slipping from your hands and easier to handle the fish. The 5” fillet knife works great and the scaler works great. The knife also has a built in sharpener so you don't have to worry about it going dull. This is a great set.
I fresh water and salt water fish. Love the gripper for getting hook out of fish's mouth, especially catfish. I would try holding them with my hand and book it, I would get pierced and kinda like stung. With this piece, I will no longer have that problem. You also have fishing pliers that will help in removing bait if the fish has swallowed it. There is also a retractable lanyard with line snip that can be used for line cutting and you can attach to lanyard and clip it to your clothes or leave the line snip in your tackle box and put your keys on the keyring. Not sure how well these will hold up when fishing in salt water. Next after a hard days fishing, you will be able to scale and fillet the fish with the 5" Fillet Knife. One side is for scaling fish and the other side for filleting and there is even a knife sharpener attached to the sheath. For your information, these items came from Hong Kong.

The set has a line cutter. Just press the sides and the scissor blades operate. The plier-like hook pulling tool is long and easy to use. The trigger operated device is a fish getter. Just pull the trigger and the jaws open,release,and they close. I have not yet had the opportunity to to use this set but I definitely will put it to use when I do go fishing.

Don't buy, the knife is awkward to use because of the shape and design, the multitool is also pretty much useless, the line holder only holds spools of line of a certain width. I wasted my money on this item. My recommendation is to buy a quality name brand multitool, a fixed blade fillet knife, and figure out a better solution when it comes to fishing line.
