Hooking hit up not enough instructions
Works great most of the time. Sometimes we have to restart the camera, because it stops connecting to the app, but it's no big deal. We love it!
Its okay for the money but the screen is very small and at night it gets very grainy. I would not buy it again
Battery life was very poor since day one. Monitor screen is small and hard to hear. Tried returning it or getting a refund but Motorola and Leo replacing the battery which all 3 they sent had the same poor life. The camera sucks and Motorola “warranty” too.
I would like to know how to proceed, as a charger was missing. And without this charger the nanny doesn't work.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Ive only had this monitor since February and the problems started after only having it for a month. I cannot take the monitor off of the charger as the battery will not hold a charge. Half of the time the charger will not even charge the monitor. The microphone that allows you to talk through the monitor to your baby doesnt work as well. I am so unhappy with this product and do not have my receipt so Iâm stuck with it.
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought this as a replacement when my infant optics monitor died. First off the sound is the worst, EVER! You can't hear anything. The picture is extremely lagging. The cherry on top though is that the monitor totally stopped working after 3 days of use. 3 DAYS!
Battery life sucks can be on the charger all night while sleeping and during the day whole my son is awake but as soon as i take it pff batter is really low. Now looking for something better
Little to no instructions, I liked that it had an app and a parental unit…well the parental unit doesn't even work. Also it didn't come with a separate charger. Don't waste your money!
