My taller than average 7 year old daughter wanted a motorized car for her birthday. We could not find one that she could play with long term. This was a great alternative . She is the envy of the neighborhood riding this little car. My older child (11 yrs ) also loves to ride on it! It was a great find that I'm sure she will enjoy for years to come. I had an issue with the cord and the manufacturer send me a new one no questions asked. Would totally recommend choosing this over a motorized car for an older child!!
We bought this for my daughter's 6th birthday. She figured out how to operate very quickly and she is having a blast on it. Make sure you have a level surface to ride on as it sits very close to the ground. Very powerful. We have it on the lowest setting and it seems to be about the fastest speed of her powerwheels jeep.
