I Used this iN college & still LoVe it!! iF you are unsure about getting this, i would definitely recommend it. it moves a little faster than some other yoga dvds, which is perfect for me on some days... if you are lookig for a relaxing style of yoga, i reccomend maya feines kundalini yoga series... xoxox
I love this dvd! I had the same one on vhs a few years ago, so I needed to upgrade! It is easy to follow and fun to do!
I lost 11 lbs. within a few weeks doing these exercises. It limbers you up, tones your muscles & relaxes your body. It even makes you want to eat healthier. You cannot learn how to do all the exercises after one time, but after a while they just come naturally. I would recommend this to anyone.
This tape does not play MTV type music which is the main reason I purchased it. The routine is not very good, the host will do a different movement or exercise on each side.
