This wrap was small enough to fit inside shoe while giving the support required. The velcro closure works like a dream!
I love this item and will buy it again when this one wears out. This is the second one I have purchased.
Great for below the knee for support when you have bad knees. I have a few of them. Just the right size to do it.
Love these straps. Great for securing chin pads for senior softball players and holding ice packs if leg or arm bruises. I keep 5 of them on my bag at all times
You can compress anywhere and as tightly as you want!
It was sufficient for my need
As with any wrap,if you dont wrap it right its not gonna stay in place. But having a multitude of years of experience with wraping and bracing a chronically sprained ankle I had no problems. For me it works as well if not better than the slip on ankle braces or even the adjustable ones. With the wrap its fully adjustable from one end to the other, which comes in handy when associated swelling come in to play and you need to loosen it up. I have worn it on a few 16 hour days on my feet and it stayed in place till I removed it at the end of the day. I just wrap the ankle/foot as it should be wrapped and then slide a sock on over it........no problems at all.
I play softball from March thru October every year and wear the wrap quite often around ankles, calf, quads, hamstring, etc and I use white athletic tape around it after I get the right amount of tension on it, stays in place all day.
Perfect just like my other one for ankle or wrist. VERY expedient, thank you. Could use 2 more. Wish 2 things. 1) u made one 6 inches wide n about 5 yards long (maybe) to fit around thighs. I have the xlong one for calves on order cant wait to get them in. Also in beige. 2) that they were made in the USA instead of china.
The wrap does not stay in place very for a period.
