I've been using Muscle Tech Clear Muscle now for three weeks, and it has helped me with muscle development and recovery. I also noticed a change in muscle fatigue, wherein, I feel I can train longer and harder. It's a product I'll buy again, and I recommend it.
I started using Clear Muscle for the first time 2.5 weeks ago and have noticed a increase in recovery, muscle endurance and strength. So now I am able to take my workouts to the next level and switching my training to the 12 week workout protocol to maximize my results. MuscleTech's clear muscle is great way to go if you want to help recovery in order maximize your workout the next day. 2 easy to swallow pills 3 times a day is no big deal. This supplement is great. I've been using this product for about one month and have noticed a thickness in my arms, shoulder and chest. My recovery time has reduced so i can train harder and more frequent. Definitely recommend this product to anybody who is serious in the gym!
Let me start by saying I am starting out from nearly nothing. I used to workout a lot years ago. I allowed my body to suffer. I recently began working out again. I was seeking out supplements and nutrients to help my older body to recover from my workouts more efficiently. I came across the MuscleTech product line in one of my favorite stores (Walmart). I inquired on their website and was directed to a couple of products to help me out. I began taking the two products, the Clear Muscle and the testosterone product. I had not noticed a great increase of muscle mass, however, I did noticed a 15 lbs of weight increase without any gain in my waist. This indicates muscle mass and that fat and water weight are being dissolved away! I have only a few hours to a day of recovery time from my extensive workout routines. I notice my endurance is better as well. I wish there was more promotion on these types of products. Why did I wait so long to get back in shape? I will continue to use this product.
I had read up about the university research study done with HMB and the workout program used with it. I decided that I was going to follow the same workout program and printed out the guide. I took Clear Muscle as directed and included it with my regular supplement regimen. The workout varied quite a bit from what I was doing prior, where I had 1 or 2 chest and leg training split days a week, I was now doing 3 total body workouts with bench, squat, and deadlift every week. I started by maxing out the first day and would re-test for 1 RM every 4 weeks. At the end of the 12 week program I was very happy with the results. I saw a 20lb increase in Bench 1 RM, 45lb increase in Squat 1 RM, and 30lb increase in Deadlift 1 RM. I also put on 13lbs of BW. It definitely produced results.
I would highly recommend this product! I had an increase in muscle mass and my strength improved. I will use this product again and highly recommend it!
I wanted to see how much of a difference this would make at the gym while not completely pushing myself. I took it a little easy at the gym over the few weeks I was using this product and I have to say I am very pleased. Definitely a noticeable difference in muscle tone/gain and strength. Clear Muscle: At first I was a hit skeptical to try this product since the main ingredient, "betaTOR" is not something I was familiar with. After doing some research the studies seemed promising so I decided to give it a try: wow am I glad I did! This product promises faster recovery with decreases soreness after a workout, so I decided to mix up my routine accordingly by switching to GVT split. After reading similar reviews it seems this product takes a bit to get working, but after just (1) week I noticed decreased soreness and renewed vigor! In the short time I've been using this supplement, my tracked lifts have increased by 10% (sets of 10x10 so not at all a 1MR). Only time will tell if this will plateau out but for now I am extremely pleased. Over the past year or so I haven't been giving my legs much attention in the gym as I probably should due to the intense soreness I feel (2) days after. I found that with this product, this soreness is cut in half, making it much more manageable. Overall I am extremely pleased with the intensity this product allows me to train: something I haven't felt since I first started bodybuilding.

I can't contribute massive muscle gains from this, however I noticed a big difference in performance the next day...not as sore, more energy, and bigger pumps seemed to happen after about 1 week of use. I increased in strength all across the board as a result of going into the gym full strength even after a heavy day the day before. I changed nothing in my routine and am happy to say this will become part of my routine as the results in muscle strength and awesome recovery are priceless. Reasonably priced and widely available, and of course, MuscleTech is huge and widely accepted as a trusted company.
Ive been using clear muscle for about a month now, i haven't seen significant differences is size but i am feeling stronger through my workouts and I do not seem to be tiring as quickly. I like it a lot
