Doll's hair is sewn into plastic strips which are very hard to remove. Once removed the hair is "out of control " Not sure what to do with it now

Weird hair packaging

Two hair sections are held back by Sewn tape in the packaging. Took two adults 15 minutes to undo it and the hair that was in it is now crusty. Seems completely ridiculous.
