The doll is pretty and my daughter loves it...
This doll was purchased as a Christmas gift for my almost 5 yr old daughter, so she has not come out of the box yet, but she is beautiful. My daughter wanted a doll that had the "same brown skin" as her own. The skin tone is described as "medium" and I think that is accurate, as it is "halfway between" the skin tone of the Caucasian doll and the African american doll. Also, I would not say that her hair is brown, but more of a dark blonde or golden brown color. Her eyes are medium brown. After weeks of searching I discovered that this is a very difficult combo to find. I actually would have preferred this doll in a different outfit, as "pop star" is not something to aspire to in my opinion, but we plan to purchase other clothes for my daughter to be able to change her outfits.

Doll did not have the light skin in the picture on the website. She was a nice doll but did not look like my granddaughter. Had to return it and get one at the store.
