I purchased this for my daughter. She had seen it in the store, but when I sent back to get it, it was gone. I ordered and had it shipped to store. It came 1 day later than estimated when I ordered. Thankfully I tend to plan ahead and had the time to spare. My daughter is 10 and is gentle with her toys. It is made from this plastic and I am surprised that 2 months later it still hasn't broken. The seat has a mechanism for raising and lowering it, which my girls think make it feel "more real". The play hair accessories that come with it are for looks only. I would prefer a real brush that could be used to detangle hair. I ended up buying a small version of a real hair brush that she uses.
This is cute but very basic, works fine and comes with a few accessories. Can be better if you add the MLA Hair-stylist accessories set with stylist apron and other pieces.
Shipping box was not/had not been sealed at all, verified by delivery driver. Despite no photo of item available, I had looked it up on website, it was supposed to have accessories, tow of which were missing, the 'case' and cape. The ones in the store had no accessories, at all.
The item did arrive on time however it had scuff marks all over it . The customer service agent did say she could ship it back for me ,however I needed it for a birthday present 3 days after it arrived.
when it finally arrived it was dusty and needed to be wiped down before giving it as a gift.....a little disappointed.. maybe it could've been put in plastic????? my little girl wanted it as a bday present and obviously its way cheaper then American Doll!
