Right out of the package, I could tell these My Texas House Campbell Curtains were exceptionally made and of the highest quality! The thickness and texture of the fabric, along with the clean hem lines and stitching…I knew right-away that they were something special. The crisp, white colour adds such a fresh look to my granddaughters' room and compliments their cottage-style furniture and accessories. The light-filtering feature adds another benefit to keep the early-morning sunlight to a minimum (see the attached pic to show the comparison to a regular sheer panel). The fabric is textured with small “blocks” that give it a more expensive look, (see close-up pic) compared to a solid fabric without any texture or “substance.” They come with silver metal grommets for hanging, which adds an interesting look to the design. Since I do not have one of the rods made especially for grommets, I just hung it on a regular-style rod. The grommet-ready ones are pretty and worth the investment for these beautiful curtains—I have just never had curtains with grommets before. While I'm no interior decorator or expert on drapery, my grandmother was a seamstress, tailor, and alteration expert and I know excellent quality when I see it (from years of being her “helper”). These curtains are wonderful and I highly recommend them
I was very skeptical ordering curtains online,I just received them today and let me tell you, they are GORGEOUS! Great quality and amazing price!! Way to go on this ones, I will be ordering more for my room. I just wish her line will be available at the stores soon.
The My Texas House Campbell light filtering curtains are great. The waffle design is very nice. These curtains block the view but allow some light in. They were very easy to install. The metal grommets look nice with these curtains. The metal grommets make opening and closing easy. There are two panels in the set. I put both panels on one window but the designs are endless. The waffle design with the plain white color allow for endless design options. The curtains filter out the harsh light and leave you with a nice soft glow. They are dry clean only. Nice curtains to easily change up your living area.
I found these curtains to be wonderful. They filter the light, but still give privacy. They hang really well right out of the package. The extra big grommets fit really well over my decorator rod. I'm going to check to see if there are any other colors. If you are looking for room darkening, these are not for you, but if you want privacy, and still want light in the room, these are great.
These light blocking curtains panels really live up to their name. They are lovely to look at with a waffle weave pattern which is very attractive. I'm glad to have these because I like them way more than I thought I would. They are excellent at blocking light and just the right weight I would desire in a curtain panel.
These curtains are so pretty and elegant. I put them in my sons room. It happens to be off of my living room and it happens to be seen by everyone that comes into my house. It brightens up the room by being white but darkens the room so the headlights from the passing cars don't wake him up at night. A perfect balance
These curtains are nice and thick, it is hard to find white curtains that aren't shear. But these are a beautiful bright white and you can't see through them. I also like that they come in a pair, it makes little sense to me that they sell curtains per panel.
I love the big holes at the top of these style curtains makes it so much easier to put them up etc. I also love the bright white color it makes the room bright too. It lets just enough light in so you can see what you're doing. 2 panels are big enough to cover our main living room window.
I was in need of a pair or two of Long White Curtains. In my bedroom is a alcove. I have been wanting to enclose it to make the room more organized. I now have this pair and the ones that I purchased to finish my project. Very happy to be able review these and add them to my home.
I love the waffle pattern on this fabric. It gives it just enough texture to give a nice bit of dimension but doesn't show its pattern. The waffle texture is just enough to not interfere with any other patterns decor in the room. These are a true white fabric with a true Chrome colored grommet. I would definitely describe these as light filtering curtains. I would not qualify them as room darkening curtains. They have a nice heft to them. The pattern provides additional light filtering and blockage. But they are not as thick as a true room darkening panel. That's the only reason I did not give it five stars. Otherwise I absolutely love these curtains. The style is high quality, the fabric is excellent, the design is modern but classic. And the quality of all the sewing and seamwork is very good. I have no complaints.
