I have dogs so I love how pretty it is while still having less amount of carpet material that can trap hair and oder. The corners all lay flat and no weird chemical smells.
Beautiful runner, great detail, neutral colors. Once opened it flattened out quickly unlike many rugs that come rolled.
It came dirty on one end where bag was ripped opened but I didn't want to deal with returning the giant thing. It's not too noticeable anyway. The rug is gorgeous and high quality!
This cream colored rug with grey undertones, truly sets off the clean look of a home! We loved it so much we ordered a second one in the largest size and moved this one to our sun room instead.
This rug is beautiful and really changes the feel of the room from my previous rug. The raised pattern is very soft yet seems durable. I was hesitant about buying an all white rug in a house full of pets and kids so I am hopeful it is as easy to clean as they say when something inevitably happens to it. I have kept my eye on this rug for a while and bought it on sale.
This rug just brings my living room to life. I love it, the quality is on point and worth the $190.
This is the third rug I've purchased in the same lady bird design. It's stunning. My first two are in the natural color. It's so beautiful, but stains easily and quickly gets packed down from walking on it. I vacuum it regularly, but doesn't seem to help. The third one I bought is the blue (more like a teal) in hopes it won't show wear as quickly and browning (I have three kids and a dog, so gets dirty fast). It is doing a little better, but still quickly flattens and quickly stains. Still love the rug and design. Picture of the natural color rug in my living room.
Just ok, as in my other review for the runner - vert disappointed in how this rug looks, feels, and holds up just after 2 months! It's a beautiful rug, if you are using in very low traffic rooms! Would not recommend in high traffic rooms, turns from cream to dingy quick, sorry!
I think long and hard before leaving reviews even when it's not always favorable, because the reality is stuff happens that is often outside the supplier's control and I don't want a bad review to hurt a supplier's business unfairly. However, there were way too many things wrong with this entire purchase from start to finish that has been beyond frustrating and several vendors that play a part in the issue so I'm hoping this brings those issues to light and they can do a better job moving forth. When I found this rug, it was on back order and I knew I had atleast a month to wait before receiving it, which was completely fine. The item finally arrived, and upon opening it, the wrong rug was sent not to mention it had black stains. Throughout my attempts to process the return, I would select the option for FEDEX to pick the item up as it's an oversized item. The only date available for FedEx's pick up was another month out in May, so I would have to wait another month to get my money refunded. After attempting to move to the next screen, the request would “error out” and I would have to start the “return process“ all over again. Finally, the only option that ended up working and allow me to process the return was to take it back to Walmart myself. Now I'm on the hook to figure out how I get a 9x13' rug to Walmart to process a $400 return for an incorrect and stained item that was sent.
My order was a runner and this is what I got instead. A 2 x 2 block! Everything I've ever ordered from Walmart in the mail has been a total disaster!
