We use this elderberry syrup prophylactically, as recommended by our family physician, 1/4tsp daily during cold and flu season and as needed for illness at the recommended dose. It is great for the whole family, and our 1 1/2yr old loves it as well. This specific elderberry syrup is great because not only is it organic, but it has all the other necessary components i.e. Echinacea and vitamins to help boost the immune system without having to take additional supplements. We would highly recommend this product.
I liked this brand alot and would get it for my kids and I whenever we would get sick. Now I take the gummies which tastes better but elderberry is great for your immune system
This is very good as it helps build up a person's immune syrup. I always make sure I have another bottle before I run out.

This product really knocks the symptoms when taken on onslaught. Just can't get any now since COVID 19 :(
Oh I love the product but they change the bottle to plastic and the lip caused it to drop everywhere. This is very disappointing. I will talk with customer service about some compensation.

This syrup was very thick and not as great tasting as other elderberry syrup. I dont recommend this product. I use most Garden of life but this wasnt my favorite
