I have been using this product for about 15 years. I have a lot of peach fuzz on my face and this removes it in a matter of minutes. My face does get red but I make sure that I only leave it on for four minutes and heavily moisturize after. Your skin will be super smooth and hairless.

This product does work somewhat, and will remove the hairs but not exactly of all of them! A few little stragglers are there! Doesn't smell too bad; the smell is somewhat tolerable! Hairs grow back within a few days to a week so DONT EXPECT LONG TERM RESULTS!
I liked this the first time I used it. When I first received it I did a patch test on my arm and waited 24 hours as I normally do with any new product, I was just fine. I used it the following night on my upper lip and it worked well, I left it on for 10 minutes. That was about two weeks ago. Tonight I used it for only 8 minutes this time, and when I removed it and rinsed my face my upper lip was red, swollen and burning. I don't understand, it was fine for each patch test and the previous use. My lip has only become more swollen and red since and the burning has intensified. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT. I cannot get a good angle and the picture really does it no justice, it is way more swollen and red than the lighting and perspective of the photo makes it look.
Cream doesn't work and burn my neck
I tested to remove my “mustache” and I only allowed it to sit on my skin for 5 minutes as instructed. Product was itching right close to the time. I removed it and it completely burned my upper lip area a little above the “mustache part”. I am very unsatisfied, and burned now.
I bought the Nair, with good intentions, not knowing it would make my whole face break out!!! I as a female have no problems with my skin being sensitive!! Once I got it I read the instructions and followed. I washed face off and hands, did a tiny amount, DID NOT RUB IN, washed hands after, left it on for 5 minutes, gently wiped it off with a damp washcloth, DID NOT RUB, and washed thoroughly and it STILL made me scar and bleed. I have used Nair before and it has NEVER, and I mean NEVER done this or anything like it. It might be the brand. Do not recommend!!!
What a terrible terrible terrible product. I had this one for TWO minutes… which felt fine while it was on but then I got nervous reading the reviews and thank goodness I did because the damage it had done in that two minutes is unbelievable. I have to work like this tonight and I can barely open my mouth. The pain is excruciating. I cannot believe it says for face, for sensitive skin, or to ever leave this on your face for longer than 0 seconds. This should be illegal to sell with those words on the package. -1000/10 so shameful
I purchased this and left it on for the recommended 5 minutes. Checked a small spot and no hair came off so I left it on for the additional few minutes but no more than 10. No hair came off and now my face is burning and I'm pretty sure I have chemical burns.
