I've been buying Natrol Melatonin l, since 2010, when I visited Puerto Rico. It works all the time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I got older I seemed to wake up every morning around 3am after only sleeping several hours. My doctor recomended Melatonin and volia! I find time released tablets work really well for me and I take them at bedtime with warm cocoa after my Dr recomended warm milk too. Sleeping like a baby with time released melatonin.

This melatonin seems to work better than others. I believe it's due to the slow release. I'm happy I found this brand and the dosage.

This product works! So much better than regular melatonin since it's time released. I take a medication that causes sleep disruptions and this product has helped me so much.
It help me sleep the whole night my first time trying it; however day two and 3 I'm wide awake as an owl . Can I take 2 of these to help me sleep a whole night?
