We Have a Winner!!! I use melatonin off and on. I find if I take breaks from melatonin it works better. I think. The fast dissolve from Natrol have been wonderful! They work fast every night ! Taste Great too. I've slept straight through the night shockingly for 7 days consistently. These have worked so much better than gummy melatonin products I've tried! Something about the fast dissolve is working for me on a regular consistent basis. If your having trouble try these! I will definitely purchase more!

Dissolved quickly on my tongue, and within 20 minutes helped me go to sleep faster than normal. I'm usually tossing and turning for hours. Loved this product!

Great taste, However brush your teeth after taking one of these. Otherwise, you'll be too tired to brush your teeth. They do act fast to make you groggy

I'd prefer to just swallow a tablet. Other than that, it's great!
