I though I would love this as a before bed drink. The flavor is great don't get me wrong, but half the time I forget to make it. I think I would be better taking a pill or gummy when I run out of this.
Wonderful and not a problem
I dissolve a teaspoon of Calm in a small amount of hot water and then fill the cup with water or lemonade. It works very quickly. The leg aches and cramps are soon gone.
Taste is bitter for sweet lemon but I add lemon flavored water mix to it and don't even notice it. I don't seem as irritable or stressed at work since I started taking it daily. I switched to half dose though because I was getting dizzy and lightheaded since I started taking it. Half dose shows no reaction for me.
It does help you to be calm. Makes you a bit sleepy too.
Have been using Calm for a long while and love it. Great ven the latest news I'm concerned about erythritol. I know it's not listed as an ingredient but I understand sometimes it can be included/ not listed or part of the stevia. Does Calm contain any erythritol?
Flavored a little....could not taste the flavor...will order again, if original is not available
