[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been needing to change my sleep habits so that I can get on a batter sleep schedule and this light is helping me get there. The gradual wake up feature is great. Instead of waking up in a dark space I now have a nice light. I'm excited to try it during travel. When I close the window coverings at a hotel it can be pretty dark making it difficult to want to wake up when it's time. I feel like it's still night time so my energy level is low. With this light I'll be able to wake up easier. It's compact and will be great for travel. The light therapy feature works really well. The light intensity is adjustable and boy can it get bright! It's perfect! The instructions are clear and once you get used to it, operating it is easy.

I love being able to use the light as needed, the alarm clock, and definitely the sunrise option. Something about waking up to nice lighting really helps to kickstart your day.
Its a pretty good light therapy lamp for the price. Great lighting. It helps me get up on time during those dark fall and winter mornings. It nice size for travel. Its very helpful during my cruises since I usually purchase inside cabins and if you ever slept in one of those its pitch black no matter what time of the day. The alarm has a good volume that wakes me instead of startling me out of my sleep. I have recommended this product to my co-worker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this item and I can say that it really has helped me wake up better and feel more refreshed, my mood is much better and I feel ready for bed before midnight now. I have been using this everyday as a light therapy on my home office desk for 30 minutes and I find that it is helping boost my mood especially on days when it is cloudy or raining. This lamp is just the right size because i wouldnt want it to be too large that it would disturb my husband in the morning. The lamp is very bright and so far it has not bothered my husband at all and also he sleeps on his side and he faces away from the lamp and that could be why he has not complained. The lamp comes with several bright levels and you can set it for the desired light. Also, there is a backup alarm that you can set if you need an alarm that makes a beeping sound. One feature that I really like about the alarm feature is that when you set it for say 7am, it will wake you up everyday at the same time without having to set the alarm every night. Instructions are provided that are very easy to follow and that is great! Setting the alarm feature is really easy and also using it as a light therapy during the day is also easy to set. It is not complicated at all.After using this item I am very happy with it. It really has helped me wake up better and boost my mood. I would recommend this item to anyone who is wanting to purchase a light therapy box and is not sure which one to purchase or who wants a smaller box.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Sun Bliss Pro to wake up my son in the morning. Setting it up was very user friendly. The instructions that were provided were very easy to understand. I was able to set up the time, as well as the time I want the simulator to turn on without any issues. I also set up the back-up sound alarm, which is a wonderful feature that I use because my son can be difficult to wake in the morning. I can also easily adjust the brightness of the simulator. It is actually very bright if I set it to its highest setting which is awesome! The Sun Bliss Pro also has an adjustable stand that I can move to my desired liking, depending on where in the room I place the simulator. There is a reset button in the back that I can push to reset all settings as well. Also a nice feature to have in case I need to reset a wake up schedule. Since using this product, my son has woken up in a better mood by waking him up in a gentle manner. Very awesome product!!!

I struggle to get up in the morning and the alarm usually gets snoozed a million times before I actually get up! I couldn't wait to try the Nature Bright - SunBliss Portable 2 in 1 Light Therapy and Wake Up Light. This device gradually emits light so it simulates dawn. I tried it for a couple of weeks to see if it actually made a difference. It does! Ever since I've used this device I have been able to get up with less problems and way more energy! One of the great features it has is that you can set a ringing alarm or the wake up to light or both! I first tried it with just the alarm and I felt like no difference. Then I tried the sunrise feature which is great. Love how the light gradually gets brighter and you can set up the time to go on but I still had issues getting up. Using both features together made the difference for me! So you will have to set it up to see what works for you but it's so worth it!. I also love that It's a great size to take on the road and it's lightweight so it won't weight you down. The only thing I would change would be the screen. I wish it was a little bit bigger. None the less, it is a great product and I certainly recommend it!
When I have to wake up before dawn, it is hard for me to get going - even though I have too. This light gradually emits light so it simulates dawn. Ever since I've used this I have way more energy when the alarm goes off.

It is very easy to setup and the instructions are well-written. The device itself is very small, portable, and easily fits in a carry-on. You can use it as light therapy or as a wake-up alarm. Using it as a wake-up alarm allows it to mimic natural sunrise, gently getting brighter to wake you up. It also has a backup alarm that you can set up in case you sleep through the sunrise simulator. I only wish that it works with batteries, which would be more convenient for traveling.
