Heat or freeze the product according to the following instructions depending on preferred application. Apply the Spine Anitha & Back Pack on the desired area for relief. Recommended duration for each application is 10-30 minutes. Repeat as needed. Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body.For Heat Therapy : Before heating, fold the Spine Anitha & Back Pack in the middle and make sure the Cloth Tie straps are tucked between the pack sections. Heat the wrap in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. If the microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the wrap halfway through the heating process to even out the temperature and avoid hot spots. If the wrap is not warm enough, heat for another 20 seconds. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat the product.For Moist Heat : Prior to heating the wrap, mist the cotton fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate the product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.For Cold Therapy : Place the wrap in a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.Storage : To keep the herbs fresh, the Sensacare® Spine Anitha & Back Pack should always be stored in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the wrap in the microwave for 40 seconds.
