Supplement works well. Just sad that it's so hard to find in stores.
About 2 years ago after some weight loss, I suddenly developed brittle nails, which had never been a problem. No nail polish had a chance; it started to peel off at the edge within a few days. Nothing I did, such as upping biotin intake, worked. Then I read about keratin as being good for hair, which could not hurt to take, and within 4 weeks of starting this product, my nails are the way they have been all my life: strong and beautiful.
I have been using this one for a while and my hair is really strong and healthy. Got lot of compliments about my hair and people ask me what did I use, happy to share
For a long time these were my favorite and I really saw improvements in the strength of my hair and nails FAST, but then the formula changed and they werent as good. Even so, theyre still a good brand. And I would buy them again. The pills have gotten smaller, easier to swallow. I've tried several brands of hair growth vitamins for several years, when I bought a 1 month supply I have had the BEST RESULTS EVER !! I have long hair but wanted it to be healthier and grown faster and this product did not fail me !! A MUST TRY !!!
My hair is so long and strong I have been taking this for about a year there's no comparison this is the best brand that's out there excellent price my go to!! 
I was young and trying to make my hair grow faster and be healthier by trying to take these but wasn't doing anything else to help. I'm not really sure if they were working but it's worth a try if you're willing to do all other things to help your hair as well! No heat, good shampoos and conditioners, no color, etc..
This is a really great way to keep up with my hair skin and nail health! Comes in gummy form which is delicious it's like candy I have to stop myself from eating more than two a day! Doesn't stick to my teeth. And it's really delicious! It gives me all the nutrients and supplements that I need to make my hair skin and nails grow healthy!
I tried these out and I'd love to say they made a difference in my hair and nails but sadly I saw nothing. I was so hoping I would see something. Even just a slight difference but no. I'm not sure if other brands work but these I know don't. A lot of them say it can take two months before you'll see signs that it's doing something but still.....nothing. I would;d not recommend these.
Haven't seen an improvement to my chemical treated hair. Still splits and falls out. Not even a small improvement ( I understand if it just made my hair at least less frizzy). Very costly too. I normally don't buy these products but it was given to me.
