I have had lots of issues with tight muscles that have affected some of my nerves. After taking this product for a few weeks, the tight muscles are disappearing and I can function without many aches and pains. A bonus to this is I seem to have more energy.

I have been reading where magnesium glycinate helped with anxiety and sleep troubles. I take three and it works well. I take them just before bedtime.
not sure if it works. we MUST make our OWN VITAL MEDICAL STUFF HERE not in an obvious enemy empire.
One capsule had nothing in it. Another had a tiny amount. If they are otherwise a quality product, that isn't a game-changer. We'll see. I just received them today.
Was told this could help with sleep but after two months, no luck. As far as the product goes I'm sure it is fine just no giving me what I expected
