I luv my Pumpkin Raisin Crunch I have tried to pacify my taste buds with others But, none even comes close. Crunchy and chewy at the same time How do you even stay firm in milk? I have been eating Flax plus Raisin Bran for breakfast the past 10 years and believe it has helped me maintain my healthy constitution. I am currently 84 years old and really am able to enter into most of the activities that I enjoyed even 10-15 years ago.
