Using this product for the first time for the complete two weeks, paired with a healthy diet and exercise, I lost nine pounds, which has, now 4 weeks later, stayed off. It is a kick start supplement and the bottle's instructions STRESS how important drinking excess water is while taking this product. An active person should be drinking a minimum of half their body weight in ounces a day. Being 155, that means I should drink no less than about 80 ounces of water a day, this is about 5 bottles of water. This product is completely natural and filled with an insane amount of condensed extracts that will absorb a ton of water just to work properly, so I switched to about 8-10 bottles of water, and it worked GREAT. I WILL be purchasing this again on my next trip to GNC.
For me this product worked immediately.Im a 32 male and The way i digested food was pretty bad. This product hasnt really done much to curb my appetite but i do feel a little less bloated after a meal. After 1 week my urine would flow normally and bowel movements were nice and normal too for a change. I couldnt be happier with the results. I didnt buy the product with the hopes of losing 30 lbs or getting more energy. But overall I feel much better now than before. The only con id say is peeing alot.
I had to loose 5 lbs and I did in a week and half and I still ate the food I usually do. I was just full sooner and drank a lot more water than usual that was the best part. Try it for youself and see. I didn't give me cramps it worked nice and easy.
This worked ideally for me. I had a couple of medical and life interferences in my workout regime, but wanted to slim down before my cousin's wedding. I knew I had let myself go a bit (I was only running 1-2x & maybe 1 session of yoga per week) and needed to jump start my fitness to get more or less back to where I was. Yes, it can make you gassy and sometimes you need to run to the bathroom, but the key to prevent that is ALWAYS take it with at least a full glass of water. Drink so much water. And eat as clean as you can. I was never gassy on my best eating days. Also, the label gives you an idea of how to assess your tolerance and ease into it. Use their advice. By the end of the 15 days, I dropped weight and felt so much lighter. My metabolism stayed hypercharged and I was reinvigorated. Don't expect it to be a magic weight loss pill either. I normally hold steady between 138-140 lbs. I am a 26 year old, 5'4" female, but I have a lot of muscle, so I stay there. I ended up dropping to 132-133 lbs. BUT I did this along with following a 15-day detox in my diet and my primary exercise was RUNNING. Long story short: if you put in the WORK of a cleanse/detox, this product will increase your results.
I only been using this product for 3 days and It started to work the 1st day meaning Flush, the 2nd day it started to cleanse (The hint is to drink the recommend 8 to 10 glasses of water). I am using this to regulate my system not weight loss. My digest system is slow so I read the reviews, what caught my eye was flatter abdomen and less bloating. I will come back on the 16th day and really let you guys know. But so far I am pleased with this product.
This product is a safe way to detoxify and stimulate excess fat loss. There was absolutely no discomfort, on the contrary, the herbal ingredients gave a feeling of well-being. It would be a great way to begin a weight loss diet, or support one after it has begun.
I have used this and the past and it was amazing! I don't know what happened this time but it did no cleanse at all!
I TRIED THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE THE COLON CLEANSE BY THEM WORKS VERY WELL BUT THIS WEIGHT LOSS CLEANSE AND FLUSH IS JUST THE OPPOSITE..IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL DAY 2 COMPLETESTILL NO BOWEL MOVEMENT.ACTUALLY I FEEL MORE BLOATED. IM GOING BACK TO THE COLON CLEANSE FORMULA SHOULD GET THE RESULTS THAT IM LOOKING FOR I ALWAYS DO.BUT THIS ONE IS FOR THE BIRDS.. KEEP YOUR MONEY IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL...
