I have a very sensitive stomach. I eat very healthy, but sometimes any kind of food/drink can put me off for 2 days. ALL symptoms (poo's, sore tummy, vomit). The chemical acid pills sometimes worked for immediate relief, but lose effectiveness, are almost as bad as the tummy stuff and are not good to take for long periods. I have been taking this as directed for a week. It has regulated my digestion like nothing else.
Works great and No side effects. I have never been disappointed in my products I've ordered
