It's easy to install . Just put the right Sim card in your phone then go online or call Net10 and give them the information from the Sim card and from the phone
When I called net 10 to set up my new sim card, they said that the sim card number was not in their system. I don't know if the problem was with the scanning at walmart.com or net 10. All I know is that it didn't work so I had to order a new one and it was supposed to be in my Walmart store today but it isn't. Not happy.
