Charles was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and are not well versed in technology issues. He came in, assessed our needs and nicely brought us through the process. He also patiently asked us questions to better understand what we needed.
Jerene was great! He was on time, set up my new router and answered all my questions. I was in the retail business for many years and greatly appreciate a person who is able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills while also providing technical information to a nontechnical person.
Syed is excellent, outstanding. He arrived on time. He was covid aware and worked accordingly. You are not paying him enough. He is super! Josiah was amazing he had a lot more on his plate than he expected today and his patience and knowledge were greatly appreciated. Such a wonderful young man I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Solved a huge issue for me and I am up and running again which allows me to work from home as a nurse. Andrew was very patient, cordial and knowledge with my issue with the wireless printer and the Wifi. He ended up having to reboot our wifi and explained to me what this entailed,etc. I also found out that I should have had the app put onto my phone and this would have helped tremendously.
He was great, he spent hours troubleshooting my Wifi connections issue and provided some recommendations. In the end, he was not able to get a stable wifi connection on my system nor was he able to connect the LUXUL equipment. To his credit, neither Comcast nor the geek squad were able to connect it either.
Bernard was amazing, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and easy to work with. He spent a very long time with us and explained everything in a very easy way. He got us set up on our smart home and it was a very good experience.
The experience was very good. The tech arrived very timely. He was quite personable and diligent, and graciously agreed to remedy another minor issue we had. Once he completed his work, the issues that caused us to purchase new equipment and contact your company for installation seemed fixed.
