Okay so I really love this product! I got it around Sept. It was the last one at walmart I just figured that it was sold out and they would be getting more at a later time. However, that is not the case. When I purchased the wave I had to purchase the pads off of Neutrogena website because they did not have any at the store. I get home start using it and I immediately noticed my skin was silky smooth and about a week later my skin was clearing. If I wouldnt use it I would notice that my skin gets oily and I start breaking out. However, now I cannot find the pads ANYWHERE does anyone have any ideas of where to find them? Thanks!
The Wave duo is a decent product for mild skin exfoliating. It doesn't clear acne or blackheads. I bought one two weeks ago, and haven't seen significant results yet. Also, the Wave duo isn't very water-friendly. My Wave starts and stops now because some water got inside one of the battery case. Overall, I would suggest purchasing this product if you have a coupon because it is rather pricey for the quality.
My wife uses this product. After 6 weeks the power button failed. The Wave and Wave Duo are flawed at the battery door catch, which allows for water to enter the case. A brief five minute phone call to Neutrogena and a replacement check was on its way. It was a no hassle process.
I love this product however it only last about 6 mos. my face stays clear as long as i use it but ive had two and both just died after about 6 mos. id put a new battery in and it still wouldnt work. So id have to buy a new one.
I have no idea if this product works. It won't open at all.
I had been wanting the wave ever since I saw BEAUTIFUL Vanessa Ann Hudgens promoting the product. When I got it I couldn't wait to get home and have flawless skin. Boy was I wrong. First of all it doesn't foam like it showed in the ad. Secondly, It was way too harsh for my skin. I will defend the product a little by saying I have pretty sensitive skin. Nonetheless, it felt like someone was pouring some harsh chemical all over my face. Not to mention that my face was red and left even more sensitive that day. Also, the vibration was pathetic no matter what speed. OVERALL, I would not recommend this to anyone. P.S : I put 5 stars in the Color appeal because I got a pretty pink one.
