I ordered 2 sets of 2..upon starting to put them together I found that the holes didn't line up correctly on the first set, and the second set had no hardware. I went to the local hardware store to get the things I needed to fix them. Very disappointing
These bar stools are lovely and look amazing when put together. Unfortunately I have only been able to put together one. When I first received these, two parts were broken and half the hardware was missing, but then again they were crammed in a box without any shipping materials to protect them. I contacted CSN as it says to do and they promptly said they were sending replacement parts and hardware in 1-3 days. I received the hardware in two days, and two weeks later had to contact customer service again because I hadn't received the replacement parts. I love the finished product, but it was a nightmare to get them there, I would not go through this again.
Ordered four of these. Three took a little work to assemble but the fourth was a disaster!!! Legs were 1.5 inches off and none of the assemble holes lined up. Can't use for barstool but makes a cute plant stand. To much hassle to return or exchange.
