My cat love it!
my two cats love it so much they compete over who uses it.

I'd like to give this item a good review, but can't since little pieces of carpet are coming off onto my rug every day. The sisal rope seems to be fine. I have another scratching post with carpet on the top and bottom platforms and a center sisal rope post. We've had this scratching post for seven years and the carpet is still intact and very few pieces ever come off it. We've only had this post for a short period of time, so I don't see it lasting for too long.
This was a waste of money. None of my adult cats has used this because it is too small for any of them to sit on. Kitten sized.
