I got this short scratcher for two 8 week old kittens. They loved it from the start: were all over it and still are. New Cat Condo products hold up nicely. It's been 4 months and despite numerous times that I've seen the kittens swinging from it, the little fuzzy ball toy that dangles from the center of the scratcher is still attached.
Very solid and stable. No assembly. Made from wood and good quality, I actually feel comfortable enough to sit on it and think it will last a very long time. Actually was a wine colored tail instead of a ball which looks a lot better.
i absolutely love this condo scratcher and so do my cats!! it's a good size, height and very well made and should last for a very long time and the price is very reasonable for such a durable scratcher. my cats love to take turns sitting or laying on the top as well as playing underneath and of course, using it as a scratching post. others that i've had before this one fell apart soon after getting them
Absolutely the best scratching post ever purchased Not cheap cardboard covered in cheap carpet that is all gone and all over the floor withing the 1st week.
never had any type of cat scatcher before, the moment it was out of the box "litlebutt" took to it like she had ordered it. doesn,t scratch the furniture anymore either, better price than all the big chain pets stores I chkd.
Great product. Sturdy. Like the 3 different scratching surfaces. Sprinkling with catnip gets the cat more interested in using it.
I was so excited to get it and see that it was taller then I expected which is great since I have a big cat. I like the options with scratching material since I'm not sure what he really likes yet. Now just hoping I can get him to use it! Lol
A solid, well built condo that is a good size not too big or too small. My cats like to play in between scratching polls and lay on top. The only disadvantage is my cats don't scratch the wood or sisal polls just the carpet one.
It's taller then I expected but I love it. I wasn't sure which scratching thing my cat would be interested in so I'm hoping this will give him options. He's a big cat so I'm glad this is large for him. Now I'm just hoping he'll use it. lol
The carpeted leg and the sisal leg are great, but the wooden leg is not the best quality. I covered the wooden leg because I did not want the cats to get splinters from it.
