I've been using this for several years and hate to run out. It's wonderful for joint health and hair, skin and nails. The sea buckthorn adds extra vitamin C for immunity too. I LOVE this powder. Blends well in coffee.
I really like that this collagen has both bovine and poultry sources to promote multiple health benefits. Similar products available only have one source. After a month+ of use, I have noticed better skin complexion. It is unflavored, but is not without its own taste. It is still an animal product so it does remind me a bit of bone broth. This is probably what the other reviewers were referencing. Personally, I didn't mind it. It's far less noticeable or undetectable when you mix/blend it with strong flavors such as espresso, chocolate, fruit smoothies, flavored oatmeal, and even broths and soups. I've also used a half scoop when mixing it with softer flavors to help.
I just got this product a few days ago and I give my vitamins company 100 stars ⭐️ IF I could because they are so good especially the vitamins, 40 plus, the probiotics, the Iron and the stress vitamins I take they are sooo gud especially for my menstruated cycle when that PMS hit and I feel moody all of a sudden..WOW!! They hit in about 20 mins or so…. They do absolutely absorb fast quickly and I feel a whole lot better…Thank you and keep making the best vitamins…Oh! I have been taken the other vitamins about 6 months now…I will come back and let you all know my take on the collagen!!
My wife and I have been using this collagen for several months. So far, she is pleased with the results and mentioned that she noticed that her skin is more supple and less dry. I drink whatever smoothies she makes for me, which includes this collagen in it. I'm not really concerned about my skin too much, but my hair is noticeably softer since using it, so it must be doing something. It impressed me enough to write this "glowing" review. I must say that it does have a distinct taste that you will notice if you add to coffee, but in a smoothie with fruits, it blends in nicely and is unnoticeable. Its not a deal breaker and it seems to be working.
This is a wonderful product as to how well it works. As far as the flavor (and smell) goes, it is a bit stronger than I had anticipated. To stomach it with my coffee, I add cream, cinnamon, and honey. I would suggest putting it in smoothies instead. Do NOT try to mix it directly into a citrus juice. It does not dissolve. However, the benefits of this FAR outweigh this obstacle of how to ingest it. I tested my body off and on this supplement and found that this works WONDERS and I would rather have it than not. No other brand seems to work as well.
I like the vitamins so I tried this. I couldn't make it thru the can either. It doesn't dissolve east. It ruined the taste of coffee, yoghurt, and other things I tried to mask it with. Very disappointing.
I've tried a few different collagen brands and this one is hard to swallow. In fact I threw up my 1st sip. I tried it in coffee and tea and just can't get past the taste.
Would not recommend, strange odor when on skins and doesn't dissolve well in coffee.
