i like everything about my new console and everything works perfectly
The item arrived sooner than expected. The item was not in its original packaging, but in a ripped open pack of bubble wrap. The charger looks like it was meant to arrive in two parts, the cord %26 the head that attaches to the wall. Unfortunately, the part that attaches to the wall was missing out of my order. Luckily, I have a charger from an older console that fits. Despite the missing pieces, the reason I'm giving this 5/5 stars is because the system works perfectly. I waited a while to leave this review because I wanted to test out the console with a few different games and no issues were found. It arrived in great condition. I was caught off guard by it being programmed for a different country, but online instructions gave me a quick fix %26 there were no additional problems after I adjusted that. I would suggest buying an SD card, screen protectors, %26 maybe an additional charger (again, mine was missing 1/2 of its pieces) in addition to this item.
to have a product in this good of shape second hand so long after market is mind blowing to me. No scratches or damage and even still had the stylus accessory. Furthermore they sent in packaged instructions for troubleshooting. truely above and beyond
I thought I was buying a brand new 2ds xl but it was used so keep that in mind. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had gotten it to homebrew and to my surprise, it was already home brewed! All I had to do was update it and it was working great. It's such a pain to do so I'm very happy I didn't need to install the whole thing from the start
Was in horrible condition, the console worked but had so many scratches and was without a stylus as well. The condition was lied about and was not worth the price.
The game is not new as listed . There's no original box or original charger. It was dirty outside and very used. *Warning_ False advertisement
i paid way too much for something that's been used. I received this wrapped in plastic bubble wrap, no box, no booklets, only half a charger. Walmart, you should screen the companies you promote before selling their item's. From now on, I'll buy only sold by shipped by Walmart item's. Second time I've ordered 3rd party and got burned, there won't be a 3rd time.
Did not work. Have tried contacting for months with no response from walmart or the company that sold me this. Complete rip off.
NOT NEW!!! Very disappointed with Walmart.com on this even with their disclaimer on item descriptions from third party sellers. I went ahead with this purchase because the item was being fulfilled by Walmart and it was supposed to be returnable to a Walmart store. Plus, the third party seller was listed as a "Pro Seller". The item was clearly listed as "new". Here is the item link https://www.walmart.com/ip/New-Nintendo-2DS-XL-Portable-Gaming-Console-White-Orange/400325673. After reading the description multiple times and seeing zero signs of this being used or refurbished, I went ahead with the purchase. The item showed up a day late in a generic shipping box, bubble wrapped with a charging cord (see pic). There was no Nintendo box or any original accessories. So, I immediately started the return process. The only two options available to return the item were to setup a FedEx pickup or to drop off at a FedEx location because the item was sold from a third party seller. To add insult to injury, my refund will not be credited until up to 10 days after the third party receives the item. Thanks alot Walmart.com. If this is how you vett your "Pro Sellers", I will never purchase from a third party seller on this site ever again.
nowhere in the description does it say the 2ds xl is used or refurbished. i did not recieve my 2ds in its original box. if i wanted a used 2ds i would have payed less on Ebay.
