Love this ice maker ! It's so convenient and makes ice so fast and last for days. The amount of the ice it's not too much , but I pack them in the ziplock and leave them in freezer. I really recommend it
Works really well. Produces lots of ice, as described. Have had it for about 3 weeks. Quite pleased.
I recently bought a refrigerator that does not have an icemaker, so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm so glad I did. It works great. I highly recommend it.

Countertop ice maker
This machine is sleek and works just as described. The ice falls into the bin and eventually, if not used, will start to slowly melt. The water is then recycled to make more ice. Perfect size for what we purchased it for.
We like our ice maker… this is our second one. The first one we had an issue with. We ran it for about a week, but when it was turned off it would short out or something. The lights on the front panel would light up crazy, like a slot machine…??? My ONLY issues at this time are: The unit is NOT cold enough to keep the made ice whole. If the tray fills and you don't empty it RIGHT away the ice begins to melt. Then your left with a big cube of partial ice cubes. So you can't just run it and use casually. Also I make and dump into a container in my freezer. The holding basket does not hold enough ice to just run it and go about your day. So given the above two issues I have to consciously have ice making time. Basically babysit the unit while making ice to refill our supply. Also due to the shape of the ice (think thick wine glass without the stem, the ice forms around a frozen metal rod), I find it melts faster then a solid formed cube. I have a Yeti bottle that I keep with me 24/7 with water, and this ice does not last as long as like ‘Bag ice'. Overall this product fills our needs, but has some issues and annoyances.
Ice making capability is great. Love the addition of the full ice and no water shut off. Issues remain on how to keep it clean. Does not break down and water leaves scum and deposits over time.
This unit makes a bunch of ice but.....The ice is wet and melts fast in the ice maker. If left in the ice maker it will form into clumps. I end up taking the ice out and moving it to a freezer where it will finish freezing.
We bought two not happy at all- both are having issues
