[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I have been a smoker for about 40 years so I am trying to stop as I speak my trying this gum The taste is amazing it does curb my wants for a cigarette so I will definitely keep buying this The taste is what really sold me it doesn't have a really bad nicotine flavor the fruity flavor overpowers it which is great so I recommend this for anyone who needs to curb their appetite for a cigarette as well.

She commented me it has been helping her not to smoke multiple times a day, and she has been smoking less, since the gum help her to control the anxiety about wanting to smoke.

Suppress the craving a little. I have it 3 stars because of the packaging. Unbelievably difficult to get the gum out of the box with the current packaging/box.
More addictive than cigarettes!! Do NOT use. I only had 1 cigarette a day (or less) but now addicted to 30 to 40 pieces 4mg per day. I cigarette equals 5mg nicotine. It's more expensive and stressful. I but we really need to have my master's degree in psychological pharmacology and I'm a therapist for people with substance use disorders and do not recommend this. Cut down one at a time or go cold turkey. Also, I ordered 4mg but got 2mg!!!!
