He even chews them at work and it has helped him a lot. He has tried everything from patches to lozenges and none of them work like the gum.

Patches just don't stay on very well, so I thought I would try the Nicorette gum. I got the 4 mg fruit chill flavored option to start with. It definitely helps curb my nicotine urges, and tastes great as well. I am still on my quit smoking journey, but thanks to Nicorette I believe this will be a successful journey.

The 4mg is strong and recommended for those who smoke up to 30mins after waking up. The 160ct is enough to get through the worst of the cravings. Fruit flavor isn't bad. Gum pieces are easy to chew and can last a bit depending on how you're chewing it. Would definitely recommend for those looking to stop smoking.

I like that it is pretty much impossible to let yourself smoke shortly after using these. The burning mouth sensation is a little rough. Decent flavor.

The most I have ever went without cigarettes was for a few days by using a vape but my cravings were still there and I didn't get the same effect as a cigarette. I was hesitant to try this because I wasn't putting a lot of faith in myself. I smoke half a pack a day so I figured I could start out with this 4mg gum. It helps to distract me from picking up a cigarette and at times curb my cravings for wanting a cigarette. I am still wanting a cigarette as soon as I wake up in the morning and after eating but as per the directions, this is normal and I have to figure out what my triggers are eventually. I have the fruit flavor, and it doesn't taste bad at all. It does have a weird aftertaste. z
